Spot an available scooter in the app and scan its QR code: a rental request is sent to the owner, who approves it. Once accepted, the scooter unlocks and you can ride. Payment is handled automatically at the end of the ride. The app is available on iOS and Android, in French and English.

You buy your scooter from one of our certified partners. Your owner account is then created automatically. Before listing your scooter for rent, you must take out the insurance that covers your rentals. After that, all that's left is to log in to the app with a verification code (OTP) to list your scooter for rent and track your earnings.

A scooter that meets the rental criteria costs between €1,300 and €1,600 incl. VAT, depending on the options chosen (IoT, connected helmet, anti-theft lock, etc.).

Liability and theft insurance generally costs between €7 and €15 per month per scooter, depending on the vehicle's value and the coverage area.

As soon as your scooter is activated on the platform and available for rent, you can start generating revenue. The first withdrawals are possible as early as 10 days after the first rentals.

Your earnings depend on the number of rentals, their duration and the rate you set. Despii takes a commission on each ride, and you can withdraw your earnings every 10 days via our partner Qonto. A dashboard breaks down your earnings in real time.

You need to file a claim with your insurance. Despii supports you through the process, locks the IoT remotely and, if the culprit is identified, they are banned from the platform. Their deposit is also charged to cover all or part of the damage.

No, there is no minimum commitment. You are free to withdraw your scooter at any time, subject to a 7-day notice period.

You earn a commission every time a scooter is unlocked in your shop by a rider. The more rentals your location generates, the more you earn.

No. Installation is entirely free and turnkey: we provide the scooters, any docking stations and all the equipment, with no investment on your part. On the contrary, the residence earns a commission on every ride taken on site.
