You buy your scooter from one of our certified partners. Your owner account is then created automatically: all that's left is to log in to the app with a verification code (OTP) to list your scooter for rent and track your earnings.

You need to file a claim with your insurance. Despii supports you through the process, locks the IoT remotely and, if the culprit is identified, they are banned from the platform. Their deposit is also charged to cover all or part of the damage.

No, there is no minimum commitment. You are free to withdraw your scooter at any time, subject to a 7-day notice period.

You receive a fixed monthly commission per hosted scooter, plus a variable bonus based on the traffic you generate. A dedicated team defines the offer tailored to your location during an on-site review.

No. Installation is entirely free and turnkey: we provide the scooters, any docking stations and all the equipment, with no investment on your part. On the contrary, the residence earns a commission on every ride taken on site.
